Steel Case: Alex Jackson 02/05/2017
What it looks like now with some random keycaps
Simple steel case and plate
The case is bended from a flat steel plate
Using the long pins of the diodes to form the row of the matrix.
Almost done for all rows
Check the wires on the 2u keys
Prepare some wires like these
Soldering the columns.
Solder the teensy 2.0
Now let’s see what need to do with the case
Attach some insulation taps to avoid short circuits
Soldered a mini-usb connector
Connect all the wires
After the firmare base on TMK is programmed to the teensy chip, the board works.
Seem not perfect, but I’ll improve it later.
